Coordinator News

• Our Coordinator’s Meetings occur the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 7:00-8:30pm at difference congregations. Let Brent know if you would like to host our meeting. If you can’t attend please send someone to represent your congregation. Are next two meetings are as follows: March 20th: Westminster Presbyterian April 17th: Mountain Park UMC

This is the plan for creating our 2008 Host Schedule:

• Hand out 2008 Host Week Sign-Up Sheet at the June Coordinator’s Meeting.
• Sign-Up Sheet due at August Coordinator’s Meeting.
• Finalize 2008 Host Schedule at the September Coordinator’s Meeting.
• We need you to share about your experiences as a Family Promise Coordinator! Please submit your volunteer article for our May Newsletter to Brent by April 15th.
• Don’t forget that during your Host Week you need a volunteer to shuttle the Van Driver back to the Day Center on Friday evening so he can leave the Network Van at your Congregation for the weekend.
• Don’t forget that our Financial Class for guests will be offered at the Hosting Congregation on Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm beginning on March 15th and ending on May 17th. There will be no class on April 12th or May 3rd. Please have a designated room for the class and for the children to play near by.
• We are in need of additional Office Angels at the Day Center. Please have anyone who is interested in answering the phone and do light office tasks to contact Donna Burton at 770-717-7754.
