How To Apply
An adult member of the family can either call and speak with a staff person for an initial screening or complete and submit the Initial Screening Form by clicking here. Once the initial screening is completed, the family will be contacted to discuss their qualifications, space availability, and the possibility of a face-to-face interview (We do not accept “walk-ins). Once a face-to-face interview occurs, the Case Manager will contact the family to discuss their interest in the program and their status. If the family is accepted into the program, an appointment will be set for intake. This process will normally take 2-3 days; we are not an Emergency Shelter.
